Hi, I’m Anya. I offer deeply attuned bodywork that blends Swedish massage, deep tissue, fascial work, cupping, and Craniosacral Therapy. Sessions vary based on your needs, intentions, and what your body is asking for that day. My aim is to provide a nourishing container for your nervous system to unwind and reset, while supporting relief from tension and pain.
