Hi, I’m Anya. I offer deeply attuned bodywork that blends Swedish massage, deep tissue, fascial work, cupping, and Craniosacral Therapy. Sessions vary based on your needs, intentions, and what your body is asking for that day. My aim is to provide a nourishing container for your nervous system to unwind and reset, while supporting relief from tension and pain.

I graduated from massage school in Ashland, Oregon in 2018, and for the past 2.5 years I’ve run a small, cozy private practice in North Berkeley. I recently moved to Forestville and am excited to begin offering my work in this beautiful community as well.

Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about herbalism, earth-based Judaism, tarot, plants, the moon, being in and around water, and spending time with my dog.
